  Dumpster Rental Pricing 

• 3-Day Rental (72 Hours) – $250
  Dump fees not included. You’ll be billed at the same landfill rate we pay.
• 7-Day Rental – $400
  Includes 2 tons of disposal. Additional tonnage is $65 per ton.

 🚫 Restricted Materials: No concrete, dirt, asphalt, or large quantities of bricks. 

Want the junk gone without lifting a finger? Choose our “We Load It” service:

• $600 – Full 20-Yard Dumpster Loaded by Our Team
• Includes all labor and dump fees
• Great for garage cleanouts, estate junk removal, furniture, appliances, storage units, and yard debris
• ⚠️ Excludes heavy construction debris such as:
  • Concrete
  • Dirt or soil
  • Roofing shingles
  • Bricks, rocks, and masonry
     

With this option, our crew arrives, loads everything, and hauls it away—fast, simple, and stress-free. Stairs , Long distance loading may add to the cost. Custom quotes can be giving for large house clean outs or Junk removal jobs.

We try to keep extras to a minimum, but some items require special handling:

• Paint Disposal: $1 per gallon
  (Example: 5-gallon = $5, 20-gallon = $20)
• Tire Disposal: $10+ per tire (larger sizes may cost more)
• Propane Tanks: $20 each (30 lb or smaller)
• Fridge Disposal: $25 each
• Extension Fee: $25 per extra day beyond the rental period
• Pulling a Fast One: $10–$150
  (Hiding restricted items like paint, tires, or other prohibited materials will be charged at disposal rates.)
• Wet Paint Spill in Dumpster: $50–$250
  (Cleaning fee depends on amount spilled.)
• Relocation Fee: $50–$100
  (To move dumpster after initial placement; price varies by distance.)
• Holiday & Sunday Pickups: $50 per day
  (Applies when landfills are closed and dumpsters must be stored until reopening.)
• Over-Height Loads: $100
  (Restacking or unloading fee if trash is above the rim.)
• Trip Charge / Dry Run Fee: $75–$150
  (Applies if driver cannot deliver or pick up due to blocked or inaccessible area.)
