At Junk Zombies, we don’t bury fees in fine print. Our pricing is simple, transparent, and built to save you money. Whether you’re renting a dumpster or hiring us to load it for you, you’ll know exactly what to expect before we roll out.

- $250 – 3 Day Rental (72 Hours)
- $300 – 7 Day Rental (168 Hours)
- Extra Days: $25 per 24 hours
- Card Processing Fee: 3% (applied to all orders)

Full-Service Junk Loading – $600
Want the junk gone without lifting a finger? Choose our “We Load It” service:
- $600 – Full 20-Yard Dumpster Loaded by Our Team
- Includes all labor and dump fees
- Great for garage cleanouts, estate junk removal, furniture, appliances, storage units, and yard debris
- ⚠️ Excludes heavy construction debris such as:
- Concrete
- Dirt or soil
- Roofing shingles
- Bricks, rocks, and masonry
With this option, our crew arrives, loads everything, and hauls it away—fast, simple, and stress-free. Stairs , Long distance loading may add to the cost. Custom quotes can be giving for large house clean outs or Junk removal jobs.
Dump Fees – You Pay What We Pay
We never mark up landfill costs. Whatever the landfill charges us is exactly what you’ll pay.
Typical landfill rates
- Glendale Landfill – $55.25 per ton
- Phoenix Landfills – $40 Min & $55 per ton
- Scottsdale Landfills – slightly higher on average

Additional Fees
We try to keep extras to a minimum, but some items require special handling:
- Overweight Loads – Max 3.0 tons. Overage billed at landfill rates.
- Over-height Loads – Trash must stay level with the top rim. If overloaded, a $100 restacking/unloading fee may apply.
- Tire Disposal – Starting at $10 per tire (larger sizes cost more).
- Paint Disposal – $2 per gallon, charged by container.
- Propane Tanks – $20 each (30 lb or smaller).
- Holiday & Sunday Holds – $50 fee if landfills are closed and dumpsters must be stored until the next business day.

How Our Dumpster Delivery Fees Work
- Within 10 miles: Covered in base pricing—no extra charge.
- Beyond 10 miles: A small delivery fee is automatically calculated at checkout to cover fuel and driver time.
- 25+ miles away? Call us—we may still deliver and can provide a custom quote.
Fuel and distance matter when it comes to dumpster service. The farther we travel, the more time, fuel, and wear on trucks it takes, which is why delivery fees kick in after 10 miles. We keep these fees as low as possible and only charge what’s necessary to cover actual costs.
